Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age 24 to 30 years
Good understanding of export documentation, shipping terms, and logistics coordination.
Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP experience is preferred.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Analytical skills for export data management and reporting.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare documentation for Certificate of Origin from MCCI/DCCI, GSP/SAFTA from EPB, Phyto Sanitary Certificate from Khamarbari and collect these certificate in the due time for smooth shipment.
Prepare treasury bill from bank and submit for collecting certificates from different Govt. organizations.
Arrange embassy attestation, and translation as per buyer requirements.
Collect EXP from bank and submit export documents to bank to close EXP.
Physically monitor all export shipments.
Collect B/L from the shipping company and send B/L or surrender B/L as per requirement.
Maintain liaison with C&F agent for smooth shipment.
Carry out any other job assigned by higher authority.
All kind of outdoor activities required by department.
