Additional Requirements:
- Age At most 32 years
- Only Male
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in an international call center role, specifically in any of the following: MCA, solar, air duct campaigns, B2B sales, Business Finance, or processing.
- Excellent communication and sales closing skills
- Good behavior, Fluent in English Speaking, Good listening skill, Ability to work night shifts (Bangladesh time 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

Responsibilities & Context:
- Make outbound calls to USA/Canada customers, following communication scripts
- Understand customer needs, provide solutions or alternatives
- Sell services / products over the phone as per the instructions provided.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets.
