Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Well versed with Export procedure & Laws and Dealing with bank and shipping agent.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with concerned agencies, trade bodies, banks, shipping line, C&F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, VAT department, Customs department and any Government office etc.
∎ Export LC/Contract terms & conditions checking/scrutinizing and ensuring LC complied documents preparation.
∎ Preparation of all type foreign export customs & bank documents against LC/Contract/T.T including sample export documents.
∎ Well known of latest version of letter of credit and export procedure.
∎ Export booking/Online booking with different buyer's portal.
∎ To communicate & obtain export budget from concern merchandiser.
∎ Responsible up to payment in time of each & every Invoice.
∎ Responsible to submit export documents in bank on timely basis.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
