Responsibilities & Context:
Work closely with the merchandising, production, and fabric sourcing teams to forecast yarn requirements.
Maintain an updated yarn procurement plan aligned with the production schedule.
Ensure all procurement activities are in compliance with company policies.
Ensure yarn quality meets required technical specifications and standards.
Arrange delivery the yarn to the knitting department with proper documents.
Collect different types of certificate as per buyer like GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS & BCI.
Regular maintain the order closing report.
Should have knowledge of ERP software.
Any other task assigned by management.
