Job Context:
∎ If you have experience in Customer Service/Airport Service/Ground Service in any reputed Airlines and if you are smart & friendly to deliver the happiness to our valued Passengers by your excellent service then we are waiting to onboard you with US-Bangla Airlines!
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check In & Boarding
∎ Taking care of passengers, disabled passenger and any other special need of passengers
∎ Handling customers depending on the situation
∎ Ensure Quality Customer services (QCS)
∎ Disruption handling
∎ Relationship with regulatory bodies at airport
∎ Overall supervision of flight handling and allied activities of the shift
∎ Taking care of the cargoes that are incoming and outgoing, working on overweight charges and baggage reconciliation of flight
∎ Excellent communication skill.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Attractive salary package in relation to the market standard
