∎ ·       Experience in ERP environment, particularly in the Oracle Accounting Software.
∎ ·       Strong computer skills, particularly MS word, Excel, Financial planning & strategy

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To prepare invoice and make all import payment of raw materials.
∎ To check PO and GRN through EBS system.
∎ To check bank a/c ledger & do clear transaction in Cash Management Module in the EBS.
∎ Fund Transfer activities (USD to BDT & BDT to USD).
∎ To prepare & posting Exchange Gain /(Loss) Adjustment entry In GL module.
∎ To operate accounting run function.
∎ To check PO and GRN through EBS system.
∎ To check bank a/c ledger & do clear transaction in Cash Management Module in the EBS monthly basis.
∎ Fund Transfer activities (USD to BDT & BDT to USD) monthly basis.
∎ To prepare & posting Exchange Gain /(Loss) Adjustment entry In GL module.
∎ To operate accounting run function.
∎ To maintain Pre-payment adjustment in payable module.
∎ To prepare & posting Exchange Gain /(Loss) Adjustment entry In GL module.
∎ Any other jobs as are assigned time to time by management.
