We are looking for a Tender Salesman for our electronic products with experience in both e-GP (Electronic Government Procurement) and manual tender processes (newspaper-based tenders). The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying government and private tender opportunities, preparing and submitting bids, and managing client relationships to drive sales for AC, Lift, Refrigerator, TV, Home Appliances, Kitchen Appliances, Cables and other electronics items.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and track government and private tenders from multiple sources, including:
e-GP portal (www.eprocure.gov.bd)
Newspapers and government websites for manual tender opportunities
Prepare and submit tender documents for both e-GP and manual tenders, ensuring compliance with Public Procurement Act (PPA) 2006 and Public Procurement Rules (PPR) 2008.
Handle manual tender procedures, including purchasing tender documents, preparing physical submissions, and attending tender openings when required.
Work closely with technical and finance teams to prepare competitive bids and proposals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government procurement officers, private contractors, and key stakeholders.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients and suppliers.
Stay updated on industry trends, procurement regulations, and competitor activities.
