Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Cox’s Bazar Based Hotel Experience will get preference.
∎ At least 2 to 4 years practical working experience in the same or similar position in a First Class Hotel.
∎ Excellent communication skill and fluency in English is mandatory.
∎ Should have excellent computer knowledge of MS word, excel, PowerPoint, e-mail etc.
∎ Ability to develop interpersonal relationships within and outside the organization.
∎ Effective leadership skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and guest-focused team player.
∎ Cox’s Bazar Based Hotel Experience will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist to Asst. Manager and Manager in planning and executing promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and partnerships in alignment with marketing objectives.
∎ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve individual and team sales targets.
∎ Identify and approach potential corporate clients, travel agents, event organizers, and other key accounts to promote hotel services and facilities.
∎ Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for new business.
∎ Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts within established guidelines.
∎ Coordinate with internal departments (Front office, including Reservation Team, FnB Service, etc) to ensure smooth execution of client bookings and events.
∎ Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand awareness and build professional networks.
∎ Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Manager – Sales & Marketing.
∎ Uphold the brand standards of Hotel The Cox Today and ensure all marketing materials and client communications are consistent and professional.
∎ Performs any other duties assigned by the Management as when required .
∎ As an Executive / Senior Executive – Sales & Marketing at Hotel The Cox Today, you will play a vital role in driving the hotel's business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and implementing marketing strategies to enhance the hotel's visibility and profitability. This position is based in our Dhaka and Chittagong office and reports directly to the Manager – Sales & Marketing.
