Responsibilities & Context:
Promote and sell company flats/apartments to potential buyers
Generate leads through personal network, online platforms, and referrals
Handle client inquiries, meetings, and site visits
Follow up with interested clients and close sales deals
Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets
Maintain client database and proper sales documentation
Provide accurate project details, drawings, and payment plans to clients
Coordinate with site engineers and project team for updated construction progress
Monitor project progress to properly brief clients and build buyer confidence
Ensure client requirements are communicated to internal teams when necessary
