Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determines/understands customer equipment needs through visiting projects and site location, assessing and understanding project works and questioning and qualifying.
∎ Continuously communicate mega and national and local projects, the contractors, sub-contractors, EPCs, project managers for the requirement of equipment rental.
∎ Provides alternative equipment suggestions to customers, if appropriate, based upon information obtained and comprehensive knowledge of all available equipment.
∎ Understanding, Negotiating and communicating price and volume of original orders.
∎ Sourcing right and quality equipment from different equipment owner, yard owner or construction company or rental company and communicating, persuading them to become rental partners of our company.
∎ Obtains all necessary customer information and detailed of rental in the computer system, organizes transportation for orders.
∎ Administers all aspects of rental contracts; accurate rental dates, rates and all ancillary charges, amendments, suspensions, terminations, filing of contracts and related paperwork, and checking invoices and credit memos against contract files.
∎ Addresses customer questions and concerns in a professional manner in order to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer.
∎ Ensures all activity are performed within prevailing safety policy.
∎ Performs other duties as assigned by the CEO
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Valid Driver’s license of motor cycle preferred
∎ Equipment rental industry experience preferred
∎ Experience with forecasting.
∎ Strong communication skills. Customer service aptitude.
∎ Solid computer skills.
∎ Extensive field work.
Salary: Negotiable
