Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determines/understands customer equipment needs through visiting projects and site location, assessing and understanding project works and questioning and qualifying.
∎ Continuously communicate mega and national and local projects, the contractors, sub-contractors, EPCs, project managers for the requirement of equipment rental.
∎ Sourcing right and quality equipment from different equipment owner, yard owner or Construction Company and communicating, persuading them to become rental partners of our company.
∎ Obtains all necessary customer information and detailed of rental in the computer system, organizes transportation for orders.
∎ Administers all aspects of rental contracts; accurate rental dates, rates and all ancillary charges, amendments, suspensions, terminations, filing of contracts and related paperwork, and checking invoices and credit memos against contract files.
∎ Addresses customer questions and concerns in a professional manner in order to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer.
∎ Valid Driver’s license of motor cycle preferred, Strong communication skills, Customer service aptitude, Solid computer skills, field work.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Heavy Equipment rental industry experience preferred
∎ Strong communication skills. Customer service aptitude.
∎ Solid computer skills.
∎ Extensive field work experience
∎ Must be target oriented and able to achieve the target
∎ Have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts
∎ Pro-active, self-motivated honest & able to work under pressure.
