∎ BGMEA University of Fashion Technology,Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology students will get preference
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 2-5 years of experience in product design and development along with, merchandising preferably within a buying house or retail environment, with a strong focus on merchandising.
∎ Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, etc.)
∎ Solid understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and production techniques.
∎ Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and translate insights into effective designs & strategies.
∎ Proficiency in creating visually appealing displays and presentations that effectively showcase products and enhance brand image.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

∎ Oversee the entire product development process, from concept to production, ensuring efficient use of yarn and materials.
∎ Maximizing product reliability, and minimizing material cost.
∎ Conduct cost analysis to promote efficient designs & manufacturing processes.
∎ Ensure the successful development of new products.
∎ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for yarn sourcing and cost savings.
∎ To ensure compliance with quality standards.
