Proficient in MS Office applications
Work experience in the Agro industry is preferable
Responsibilities & Context:
Source all engineering spare parts, services, and maintenance requirements.
Develop and maintain vendor relationships; review vendor performance periodically.
Create vendor codes ensuring compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with production teams for real-time inventory tracking.
Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Manage ERP entries, PO generation, and vendor bill processing.
Ensure all procurement activities adhere to organizational policies and compliance standards.
Monitor and resolve issues related to installation of procured items.
Prepare and maintain different analytical reports on procurement.
