Work Station: Factory at Bhaluka, Mymensingh
Major Duties and responsibilities:
Evaluate outerwear samples in terms of fitting, measurement, construction, and sewing.
Identify potential problems of outerwear samples that may arise during production and make practical suggestions on how to mitigate the risk.
Knowledge and understanding in pattern adjustment to implement operational process (Proto/SMS/Bulk).
Guide operator/sample maker for making perfect outerwear sample as per customer/buyer demand.
Follow up outerwear production according to production plan and ensure on time delivery.
Prepare production card, Customer copy for Marketing Department.
Collaborate with planning, IE, Quality and marketing department.
