• Age 24 to 28 years
• Only Male

• Computer proficiency

• Basic knitting knowledge

• Willingness to work under pressure & goal driven

• Follow up day to day production of knitting

• Ensure the qualities of knitting fabrics.

• Ensure maximum utilization of resources for optimum production of knitting Unit.

• Follow-up operators’ efficiency regularly and prepare appropriate action plan to enhance their efficiency level.

• Maintain production and quality parameters strictly as per Standard operating procedures (Standard RPM, Oil Flow, Air Flow, Spandex Feeding, Stitch Length etc.) of knitting fabrics.

• Follow-up Yarn performance and communicate the message to the yarn procurement team.

• Analyze machine down time and take necessary action by preparing action plan proactively for reducing down time.

• Enhance skill and efficiency of operators, QI  through conducting technical training program and imparting knowledge.

• Generate new ides to achieve organizational goal in terms of production and quality.
