Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidate shall be required to communicate with new and existing clients to sell and marketing properties. Develop and Maintain communication with potential clients and increase wonderful business relation with different customers. Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity. Making daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasting, planning, evaluation and preparing action plan accordingly. Prepare proposals, presentations and other business documents as per the request of the supervisors with a clear understanding of the requirements and specifications of the prospective customers. Applicant must have experience to prepare tender document. e.g: E-GP, EOI, RFP, RFQ Continuous monitoring and activities to grow sales volume and achieve sales targets as set by the yearly business decision though proper process. Performs other duties and responsibilities accordingly as assigned.
