Candidates must be smart, self-motivated and dynamic.
Customer conveyance capacity, Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills are a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Bangla.
The applicants that have experience in the following area(s) are preferable: Textile Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Brand Planning and Business Development.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to work under pressure.
The incumbent is responsible for independently taking care of all facets of assigned sampling functions involving fabric qualities.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing innovative merchandise identification products that consistently and continually meet or exceed defined requirements for product quality and customer support.
Ensure immediate and innovative responses to customers as well as provide a vision and a model for satisfying them.
Work towards developing service standards and strategies, which would be the company`s competitive advantage.
Ensure customer`s standard requirements in terms of delivery, samples and orders are duly recorded by the respective customer service or PD staff and passed down to the respective departments.
Monitor and analyze all marketing and sales reports.
Acknowledging the product orders from customers and coordinating with functional teams to process the orders.
Determine current and future expectations of customers and use that information to ensure improvements in quality and service.
Build and sustain good working relationships with our customers through a constant process of discussion and negotiation enabling the organization to establish a reliable, quality-conscious, customer-oriented vendor base.
Salary: Negotiable (BDT20,000-30,000)
Salary Review: In Performance.
Performance based commission.
