Additional Requirements:
Must have experience in Woven-Bottom garments
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare finishing operation bulletin with SMV and set finishing targets.
Follow up on production activities and conduct capacity studies.
Analyze root causes of low productivity and implement improvement actions.
Communicate with washing section for finishing inputs.
Prepare line-wise input plans aligned with shipment schedules.
Plan manpower requirements and implement manpower optimization.
Prepare and review efficiency reports.
Determine machine requirements for finishing operations.
Maintain and calculate NPT (Non-Productive Time).
Prepare working schedules and ensure 5S implementation.
Take actions to reduce wastage.
