Additional Requirements:
Must have experience in woven-bottom garments.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare operation breakdown, SMV, and cutting targets; follow up on production activities.
Conduct capacity studies and root cause analysis for low productivity areas, and implement improvement actions.
Monitor line-wise inputs and prepare table-wise cutting plans.
Update and follow up on cutting permissions, shrinkage samples, and blanket approvals.
Coordinate with CAD for marker planning.
Prepare manpower requirements and initiate manpower optimization.
Prepare and analyze efficiency reports.
Develop and implement new methods for better productivity.
Prepare working schedules and oversee 5S implementation.
Reduce wastage and maintain/calculate NPT (Non-Productive Time).
