MBA will be an added advantage.

Understanding of the HORECA segment, client demands, and industry trends.
Proficiency in verbal and written communication in Bangla & English.
Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans.
Handle dynamic situations and negotiate effectively.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities & Context:
New customer acquisition through various sales networks for contributing to National sales volume.
Customer retention & provide world class service to designated customers.
Must have in depth product knowledge on health & hygiene products & applications as per the industry requirement.
Must have market intelligence about competition products & market trends
Must have great negotiation skills to win in the market.
Should have the skills for making agreements, contracts adhere to Company policies.
Must have the informative presentation skills to influence customer about health & hygiene products .
Must have strong sales reporting capability in different sales forums.
Clear understanding about trade budget & meticulous expenditure to get maximum output from the market.
