Sales Accounts (Receivable)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors.
∎ Post stop-payment notices to prevent payment of protested checks.
∎ Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.
∎ Record information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts.
∎ Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail, telephone to solicit payment.
∎ Locate and monitor overdue accounts, using computers and a variety of automated systems.
∎ Arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules, based on customers' financial situations.
∎ Prepare itemized statements, bills, or invoices and record amounts due for items purchased or services rendered.
∎ Perform bookkeeping work, including posting data or keeping other records concerning costs of goods or services or the shipment of goods.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
