∎ B.Sc in Engineering in EEE/ECE/ CSE/ Telecom
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA

Job Responsibilities:
∎ IP Network Configuration, Troubleshooting, and Maintenance.
∎ Provide support for IP network and system to the client.
∎ Follow-up with customers and take the update from them regularly to build a friendly professional relationship.
∎ Ability to work effectively with a team under the supervision and instruction of the departmental head.
∎ Provide remote and onsite technical support to the clients
∎ Work with vendors and co-location/pop site in performing site improvements and maintenance.
∎ All kinds of Radio device configuration, Installation, troubleshoot, maintenance and site-survey
∎ Improve the network KPI by data analysis, signal tracing, parameter configuration, interference locating
∎ Conduct the technical site survey
∎ Analyze drive test log, identify the problem and recommend the physical change or logical parameter tuning
∎ Identifies and solves non-standard technical problems related to Optimize radio network
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to configure Cisco, Mikrotik router MPLS, IPSec, GRE VPN, L3/L2 Tunneling, BGP, OSPF
∎ Knowledge of Cisco and Mikrotik is mandatory.
∎ Familiar with the fundamentals of WiFi, WiMAX and LTE systems
∎ Hands on experience with essential tools such as propagation models, protocol analysis, MapInfo, Microsoft Office etc.
∎ Ability to understand complex technical situations and the ability to solve the problem.
∎ Must have knowledge of RF Tools.
∎ Proficient in spreadsheets, databases and MS Office
∎ Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work effectively with a team under the supervision and instruction of the departmental head.
∎ Working experience in any ISP company is preferable.
∎ Effective verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bengali
Salary: Negotiable
