Responsibilities & Context:
Always maintaining the standard operating procedure (SOP)
To control fabric width, GSM, Shrinkage according to Buyer requirement.
Perform in the on-line inspection & off-line inspection.
Follow up 4-point inspection system, shade & fabric test analysis.
Ensuring different lab test according to buyer requirement.
Responsible for analysis quality reports & prepare improvement plan.
Ensure no faulty fabric is sent for cutting by consulting knitting & dyeing department.
Involvement in product development & sampling stages.
Discuss about the findings with R&D team to get the corrective action plan.
Given technical support to meet the buyer’s requirement.
To communicate with knitting, dyeing, Merchandising, Cutting team.
Co- ordinate and work closely with knitting, dyeing, and planning team for smooth production & delivery.
Conduct monthly training for all staffs & workers.
Lead & develop an effective quality team independently.
