Job Context:
The Executive, IT Support & ERP will be responsible for providing technical support, ensuring the smooth operation of ERP systems and business applications, and maintaining IT infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting system issues, supporting ERP implementation and enhancements, coordinating with users and vendors, and ensuring efficient, secure, and uninterrupted IT services across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day ERP operations, monitor system performance, and resolve user issues in coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, email, printers, scanners, and other IT-related issues to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, operating systems, business applications, and peripheral devices.
Assist in ERP implementation, customization, testing, deployment, and user acceptance activities as required.
Provide user training and guidance on ERP modules, software applications, and IT systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions in accordance with company policies and security standards.
Generate, analyze, and distribute ERP reports to support business operations and management decision-making.
Coordinate with various departments to collect requirements, identify system improvements, and facilitate process automation initiatives.
Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, including computers, printers, network devices, internet connectivity, and related equipment.
Perform regular system backup, data recovery, software updates, antivirus management, and security checks to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, software licenses, system configurations, user manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Liaise with software vendors, service providers, and third-party support teams for issue resolution and system enhancements.
Monitor and ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and information security requirements.
Support branch offices and other business locations by providing remote and on-site technical assistance when required.
Prepare periodic reports on IT support activities, ERP performance, system issues, and improvement initiatives.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
