Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead various digital platforms.
∎ Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns and other paid channels to maximize ROI.
∎ Create engaging and high-quality content for digital channels including blog, social media, and other digital platforms.
∎ Monitor, analyse, and report on digital marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms, and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure brand consistency.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and apply them effectively to enhance brand communication and customer engagement.
∎ Manage social media channels and online communities, engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and managing reputation effectively.
∎ Support the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials as needed to support brand communication efforts.
∎ Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and other online/offline initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
