Akij Venture Group is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented “Executive/Sr. Executive (Data Analyst/ Marketing Data Analyst)” to join our Digital Marketing team. The incumbent will be responsible for analyzing marketing, e-commerce, and financial data to generate insights that guide business and marketing strategies.
Translate full-funnel marketing data into actionable insights and clear narratives that drive strategy and performance optimization.
Build and manage dashboards to track campaign, channel, and funnel performance from awareness to conversion.
Partner with marketing teams to define KPIs, set objectives, and measure campaign outcomes.
Design and execute A/B and incrementality tests to evaluate campaign, channel, and messaging effectiveness.
Develop accurate tracking and measurement systems for audience segmentation, attribution, and marketing ROI.
Analyze customer lifecycle metrics including CAC, LTV, churn, retention, and pipeline velocity.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
Analyze e-commerce performance to optimize customer journeys and conversion rates.
Automate recurring reports, maintain data accuracy, and align insights with cross-functional teams.
Track and analyze financial and operational data for budgeting, forecasting, ROI, and profitability insights.
Build automated dashboards for key financial KPIs linking marketing performance with business results.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability across all analytics platforms and reporting systems.
