Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure marketing objectives and activities are in line with sales targets.
∎ Visit clients or arrange meetings to discuss a product and how it will meet the requirements of a customer.
∎ Communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate products that meet their specifications.
∎ Conduct surveys and research to gather information regarding market trends, potential leads, and sales opportunities.
∎ Meet new & existing corporate clients and generate new business opportunities.
∎ Build and maintain healthy business relations with major accounts, corporates, enterprise clients, and institutional clients.
∎ Communicate and cross-sell new opportunities to the existing and potential clients.
∎ Develop and implement programs effective for enhancing sales performance for achieving profitability and sales growth.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing, advertising, and production heads to develop and implement plans effective for enhancing sales and overall company performance.
∎ Coordinate with different departments in order to resolve queries/ service requests of complaints of the customer.
∎ Response against all queries through phone/ email/Net.
∎ Maintain and follow up customization products with clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good Knowledge in Computer Literacy
∎ Good Knowledge in ERP Software
∎ Minimum 2 Years Relevant Experience in Corporate Sales
∎ Should Have Leadership Capacity
