Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure a sustainable relationship with existing corporate clients
∎ Ensure new corporate clients with a view to have Corporate Sign Up
∎ Promote facilities to corporate clients
∎ Coordinate Health Awareness Seminar / Webinar / CSR activities for Corporate Clients on mutually agreed topics with speakers from EHD
∎ Ensure premium service patient care to all Corporate clients
∎ Conduct Facility Tour for groups of members from Corporate Houses.
∎ Participate in Corporate Fairs in different forum
∎ Corporate patients’ guidance (Appointment, Scheduling and Communicating)
∎ Communicate with Local / International Insurances to ensure GOP/ authorization
∎ Conduct Health Session/Events (Email, Scheduling Consultant info update etc.)
∎ VIP Guidance (Appointment, Communication and Escort)
∎ Conduct Communication/Meeting to raise the business in next level
∎ Monitor Report Handling (Transport Requisition, Provide FIT/UNFIT certificate)
∎ Monthly Report generation
∎ Corporate Card Responsibility (UHID Create and Card print and deliver to corporate)
∎ Conduct Facility tour
∎ Embassy Lesion
∎ Participate in Tender
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Common knowledge regarding Service Marketing Practices in Health Sector.
∎ Clear understanding about marketing promotional tools of every category.
∎ An advanced level user of Microsoft Office Package.
∎ Experience or training on any service marketing module.
∎ Analytical and problem solving approach towards assigned job.
∎ Excellent Communication skills in English and Bangla.
