∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer Operator, Computer skill, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Tender Documents; E-GP Tender Submission.
∎ Maintaining a good long-term relationship with Govt. Officials and Corporate Clients
∎ Responsible for searching new tender for purchase of tender & prepare qualifications
∎ documents as required.
∎ Submission of tender & and preparation qualification application and Making Contents on Tender Schedule (Technical Part)
∎ Responsible for keeping all tender & qualification-connected records.
∎ To collect the various papers relating to the Tender & Qualification.
∎ Assists in the management of data related to the tendering process
∎ Time management of the full tender process.
∎ Maintain accurate records and files (manual & electronic) of all the tender data
∎ Preparing Documents for Tender Schedule’s Requirements (Especially for Technical Part)
∎ Expert in Tender Based Online Work
∎ Doing confidential official work
∎ Making a “Company Profile”
∎ Signing all papers of the Tender Document.
∎ Edited any documents.
∎ Have Excellent working skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Scan, Adobe PhotoShop and make Hard copies to soft copy
∎ Submitting Tender through e-procurement (e-Tender)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
