Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM software.
∎ Strong communication skills, Fluency in English and Bengali.
∎ Candidate must bring 1 copy of CV during interview.
∎ More than 5 years of shipping industry experience, with a strong commercial sense in Feeder marketing, Shipping operations, logistics, and supply chain.
∎ Position may be extended up to Assistant manager depending on the experience.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies for SOC solutions within the shipping and logistics sector.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and clients in the shipping industry to promote our SOC services.
∎ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the shipping industry.
∎ Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
∎ Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, market analysis, and client feedback.
∎ Manage client accounts and ensure that the delivery of services meets client expectations and contractual agreements.
∎ Solid experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the SOC.
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Proven track record in driving sales and meeting or exceeding targets.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Self-motivated, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Knowledge of shipping industry regulations and standards.
