∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall Job Function as CEO, responsible for overall Management of the JV Company engaged in shipping agency business in Bangladesh. He will guide and lead the teams for developing both feeder/MLO container businesses and ensuring smooth operation of feeder vessels, handling and shipping of container (both inbound and outbound) customer queries and claims.
∎ Extent of responsibility: Company's Head office is in Chittagong with branch offices in Dhaka and Khulna having in total about 51 employees.
∎ Job responsibility including but not limited to as CEO, overall in charge of PIL BD business.
∎ Reporting to the board of Directors and also to local and foreign shareholders and their representative.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ At least 15 years of experience in shipping/shipping related business the latest being at least in the position of General Manager/Executive Director for not less than 5 years.
∎ Must be fluent in English.
∎ Excellent communication skill, both written and oral and in English.
∎ Ability to handle and stay motivated in high pressure situation.
∎ Working knowledge of Microsoft office and ability to adapt to company/group specific systems and guidelines.
∎ Must have experience to work independently in a group environment and with foreign principals.
