Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and maintain weekly/monthly activity reports, sales pipelines, and sales forecasts.
∎ Actively working for market coverage by conducting sales calls for both inbound and outbound sales.
∎ Responsible for the development of the overseas network and generating sale leads.
∎ Preparing PowerPoint presentations for local and overseas customers.
∎ Communicate with overseas customers, agents, and local C&F agents, as well as carriers.
∎ Rate collection from various agents or local stakeholders, negotiation rate, & assure to provide the best service with a competitive rate to the customer.
∎ Typing business letters, memorandums, standard operation forms, reports, and other correspondence in an accurate and timely manner as directed.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude.
∎ Perform all other duties as assigned.
