Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work closely with customers to identify the requirements and effectively engage solution presales to design the solution.
∎ Create and deliver compelling demonstrations of our products and solutions.
∎ Educate customers on emerging technologies.
∎ Maintain relationships with customers and provide support during pre-sales activities, proposal generation, and contract negotiations.
∎ Self-improvement and learning to maintain current technical knowledge and participate in communities of interest.
∎ Effective in customer-facing engagement, in writing, presentation, and creative problem-solving skills Support company efforts at technical conferences.
∎ Build up a strong network in the corporate sector. Analyze and report on overall sales activities.
∎ Explore new markets to contribute to sales increases. Identify potential clients and effectively communicate with them.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, SME, and retail segments.
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets as assigned by the management.
∎ Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and service excellence.
∎ Prepare and deliver compelling product/service presentations tailored to customer needs.
∎ Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Customer Support, Billing, etc.) to ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales service.
∎ Maintain up-to-date sales records and reports using CRM tools or prescribed formats.
∎ Participate in sales campaigns, trade fairs, and promotional activities.
∎ Collect customer feedback and provide strategic input to improve products and services.
∎ Uphold the company’s image and values in all customer interactions.
