∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Product Knowledge: Clear and in depth understanding of a product's features, benefits, and applications.
∎ Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is essential for conveying messages across various teams.
∎ Sales Strategies: Ability to designing and executing plans to increase market share, maximize revenue, and drive business.
∎ Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics is crucial for understanding customer behavior, measuring sales performance, and making data-driven decisions.
∎ Sales Planning: Ability to plan the short-term and long-term goals for their team. Planning involves goal-setting, sales forecasting, defining marketing strategies and creating effective sales processes.
∎ Interpersonal Skills: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, customers, colleagues, and stakeholders is critical for successful initiatives.
∎ Sales Skills: Ability to lead the team to execute sales activities as per business plan.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and conduct activities to achieve product wise periodical sales budget.
∎ Establish business with new customer and in new markets.
∎ Maintain strong liaison with farmers, retailers, DAE personnel and key market influencers.
∎ Organize promotional campaigns and educate farmers on products and sustainable agriculture practices.
∎ Ensure product pull and timely recovery of the credit balances.
∎ Plan and conduct activities to achieve product wise periodical sales budget.
∎ Establish business with new customer and in new markets.
∎ Maintain strong liaison with farmers, retailers, DAE personnel and key market influencers.
