Experience:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales accounts or sales documentation, preferably in a manufacturing or trading company (tyre or automotive sector preferred).
- Experience in manual data handling and documentation is essential.
Responsibilities & Context:
Sales Accounting & Documentation
Prepare and maintain daily manual sales registers, challans, invoices, and delivery notes.
Issue sales invoices and credit/debit notes accurately.
Ensure correct price, discount, and VAT entries as per company policy.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of all sales-related documents.
Collection & Receivables Tracking
Monitor outstanding payments from dealers/distributors.
Prepare manual reports of dues and collection follow-ups.
Record payment receipts and update sales ledger manually.
Coordinate with field sales staff regarding customer payments.
Coordination & Reporting
Liaise with sales, dispatch, and accounts teams for order processing and billing.
Prepare periodic (daily/weekly/monthly) manual sales and collection reports for management.
Assist in internal and external audit queries with required documents.
