Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing and brand communication campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
∎ Develop and oversee promotional strategies, including weekend offers, in-store branding, and seasonal campaigns.
∎ Collaborate with design and content teams to create impactful marketing materials.
∎ Monitor digital platforms (social media, website, etc.) to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
∎ Conduct competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and promotional strategies.
∎ Coordinate with vendors, media partners, and agencies for campaign execution and updates.
∎ Develop and manage the monthly marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
∎ Track marketing expenses and prepare monthly reports on spending versus budget.
∎ Analyze campaign performance and customer insights to inform future strategies.
∎ Ideate and plan ATL, BTL, and digital marketing activities, ensuring innovative and customer-focused approaches.
∎ Provide logistical support for events, promotions, and activations to drive customer engagement.
∎ Support the development of annual marketing plans, including budgets, campaigns, and branding initiatives.
∎ Monitor and ensure compliance with the company’s brand values and objectives in all communication efforts.
∎ Prepare and present reports on campaign ROI, customer feedback, and market insights to senior management.
∎ Foster strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners to achieve marketing goals.
