∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
∎ Proficiency of content management in relevant social media platforms and MS Office Suites.

∎ Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
∎ Time management and multitasking capabilities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain and update accurate financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll for the laundry business.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate billing and invoicing to clients.
∎ Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and other resources to minimize wastage.
∎ Manage Outlets, Franchises account.
∎ Ensure compliance with all local tax regulations, VAT, and other statutory requirements.
∎ Assist in implementing financial management software or ERP systems specific to the laundry business.
