∎ Candidates having PGD-HRM degree will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: ISO 14000, ISO 9001:2000, Labor Law

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Employee Engagements, General HR, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Performance & Career Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Real Estate, Telecommunication, Pharmaceuticals

Job Context:
∎ This position is based in Head Office of Concord Group of Companies.
∎ The persons will be required to successfully carry out the HR related functions. We are looking for a young energetic, dynamic, efficient person to fill up position. This position requires knowledge, human resource skills and serving attitudes to work under Head of HR.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strengthening employee bonding & increase employee engagement levels by driving different.
∎ employee relations activities.
∎ Handling complaints and settling disputes.
∎ Grievances handling.
∎ Conflict management.
∎ Innovative activities to improve the overall working environment.
∎ Employee counselling to mitigate the stress and upgrade the performance level.
∎ Initiate proactive processes to reduce employee turnover.
∎ Arranging different employee engagement activities within and outside the premises.
∎ Play a supportive role to the employees.
∎ Handle any crisis situation effectively and efficiently.
∎ Prepare different reports and analysis as required by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge on Labour law 2006 & Labour Rules 2015
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
∎ Communication & collaboration, Leading people, positive & proactive, planning &organizing and Information sharing & transparency at all times.
∎ An in-depth knowledge and experience in core HR functions.
∎ Knowledge on IR/ER,
∎ Knowledge in compensation and benefit s and training and development.
∎ Knowledge on safety, and compliance issues

Salary: Tk. 22000 - 25000 (Monthly)

∎ Festival Bonus: 2
