Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide competitive price quotations to foreign buyers to initiate and secure export orders by analyzing product specifications, market trends, and internal costing structures.
∎ Analyze the existing customer portfolio and forecast product demand to drive business growth and maintain client satisfaction, using historical sales data and market intelligence tools.
∎ Identify and approach potential new buyers to expand the customer base and ensure continuous business development through targeted outreach, industry networking, and trade platforms.
∎ Prepare detailed Sales Contracts (SC) for submission to the Foreign Trade and VAT departments to ensure compliance with export regulations by collecting order information, validating customer terms, and coordinating with relevant departments.
∎ Provide Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and product datasheets to the factory team with clear production guidelines to ensure accurate, efficient, and quality-controlled manufacturing.
∎ Develop container dispatch schedules aligned with production limitations, customer delivery requirements, and factory output capacity to maintain committed lead times, using planning tools and production updates.
∎ Generate Sales Orders (SO) in the SAP (ERP) system accurately and within defined timelines to formalize orders and initiate internal processes by entering verified customer and order details.
∎ Coordinate with the production and commercial teams to ensure timely shipment, accurate export documentation, and smooth customs clearance, leading to prompt payment realization from foreign buyers.
∎ Act as a communication bridge between international customers, internal factory teams, and commercial departments to manage the order lifecycle and resolve any issues from order confirmation to post-delivery support.
