Job Responsibilities:
∎ E-commerce/F-commerce operations management.
∎ Implement e-commerce activities and new business collaboration initiatives.
∎ Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programs, and activities over digital platforms.
∎ Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
∎ Track and report business outcome of data-driven insights.
