Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare documents for GSP & online submit to EPB; Prepare certificate of origin for submitting the chamber of commerce and BGMEA; Coordinate with Marketing & Merchandising department for shipment schedule, PO sheet collection for smooth export execution; Shorting the shipping docs as per LC requirement and submit to bank; Collect courier details from Bank & forward to buying house or direct overseas via mail; IRC and ERC License renew within due time for all business unit; Factory license renew within due time for all factory; Enrollment certificate renewal for all company; Making accurately export requester entry; Communicate with C&F agent for shipment & shipping line for BL; Prepare invoice for GSP & Certificate of origin; Collect EXP from bank with other shipping documents for submitting the C&F; Collect shipping bill for customs and GSP purpose; Other responsibility to carry out as and when required;
