BTL Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive Terminal visibility of TECNO (BO, SIS, GRT and Markets)
∎ Check the quality of execution, conduct field audit and report to management
∎ Maintenance of Terminal items: Maintenance need identification, assign to vendors, timeline sharing with TMS & Sales, resolution on time.
∎ High engagement with market (Retail, Sales team, Dealers, etc.) and proactively drive assigned projects.
∎ TMS Management: Lead Trade Marketing Supervisors (TMS): PJP preparation, track their movement, execution and reporting on weekly and monthly basis
∎ PJP preparation: Preparation of monthly PJP, weekly alignment and sharing with admin. Tracking of PJP and surprise visit to track the tasks.
∎ Weekly tasks assignment to TMS and guideline sharing (Terminal execution, maintenance, POSM management, other BTL)
∎ GTM & POSM Execution: Primary level knowledge in Creative Work (AI, Photoshop) to meet basic requirements from retail, GTM Support preparation, Execution and Monitoring effectively and POSM management: Plan, Design, Production and Execution in the field.
∎ Execution Monitoring & Reporting: Execution monitoring and report collection , Monthly & Weekly report preparation and share with management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Efficient and Impactful retail visibility.
∎ Maintenance of terminal items and resolve problems within timeline through vendors.
∎ Managing Trade Marketing Supervisors in the field, prepare monthly PJP, track their field works and monthly reporting.
∎ Knowledge on computer skill especially in MS Office Package (Excel must).
∎ Design work (AI, Photoshop) knowledge will add high advantage
∎ Terminal execution tracking of vendors and deliver tasks on time.
∎ Report preparing and sharing with local management as per requirement.
∎ Ready to go for market visit anywhere across country
Salary: Negotiable
