• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Shipping, Freight forwarding, Transportation, Port Service, Inventory/Warehouse

• Age At least 25 years

• Communicating with customers through various channels.

• Providing rates (monthly, weekly, or spot) to all concerned parties

• Booking follow-up, contacting the shipper/buying house for booking (with all proper information)

• Providing the required dummy or freight certificate to the shipper.

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

• Ensure follow-up with the vendor for customs status and shipping documents.

• Providing clearance to the Air Ops. for planning, mentioning booking no., agent detail, preferred carrier, selling rate, and estimated arrival time through mail only. sometime over the phone for urgent consignments.

• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude.

• Always maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers.

• Perform all other duties as assigned.
