Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain & prepare HR policies & procedures for Recruitment and Selection, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Develop HR Information system.
∎ Screen CVs as per job profile, Interview coordination, Issuing appointment letter & employee orientation.
∎ Manage HR and Admin departmental functions including office timing, leave management, grievance management, and disciplinary functions.
∎ Prepare monthly salary sheet & overtime and maintain salary & overtime-related records.
∎ Update day-to-day employee HR Database.
∎ Monitoring and supervising overall HR and Admin departmental activities.
∎ Prepare & maintain company policies, job descriptions, Office notes, circulars & Reports, duty roster & ID card (As per requirement).
∎ Create New Employee Personal Files and day-to-day update personnel files and Maintain employees' "register book".
∎ Maintained personal file, final settlement, salary dispute, performance appraisal, and confirmation activity.
∎ Responsible for implementing the decision of the management and achieving the goal of the company.
∎ Liaison between the top management, departmental heads, and medical staff, and coordination will all these entities to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Maintain Dining and monitoring service staff (Cleaner, ward boy, Peon, Security & other non-management staff activities.
∎ Look after security personnel and their activities & collection and payment of phone bills (T&T and Mobile).
∎ To ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues, etc.
∎ Communication with different Govt. and Private Organizations such as City Corporations, T&T, DESCO, Mobile Phone Companies, RAJUK, BOI, DCCI, Fire Service, DG Health, Drug Administration, and for collecting and renewal of different License and certificates.
∎ Any other task assign by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the HR & Admin department, especially in Hospital Sector.
∎ Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law 2006 and 2015.
∎ At least have 1-year experience in the reputed Hospital.
∎ At least have 3-5 years experience in the HR & Admin department for an Executive/Officer Position.
∎ Experience candidates in the hospital sector will be considered as an added advantage
∎ Efficiency, flexibility, high level of professionalism, and ability to work under pressure.
∎ To be able on computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Emai, etc.) with good typing speed both in Bangla and English.
∎ Proven ability to work independently and work together with other colleagues.
∎ The candidate should be hardworking young, and energetic with an attitude to be self-driven, dynamic, result-oriented, honest, and responsible.
∎ Positive work ethic and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication in English & Bangla (Written & Verbal)
