∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skill, Ordering and Selling Medicine, Pharmacy Management, Pharmacy Sales related, Reporting and Documentation, Sales target, Customer Service, Stock Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Input prescriptions into the computer & Maintain organized storage of products
∎ Assist customers with product information.
∎ Make sure medicines are stored appropriately and securely.
∎ Maintain records, such as pharmacy files, inventories files, and control records for registries of poisons, narcotics, anticancer drugs, high rate items, and handover properly.
∎ Manage pharmacy operations, Supervise & guide the team member of the pharmacy department, performing administrative duties.
∎ Order and purchase pharmaceutical supplies, medical supplies, or drugs, maintaining stock and storing and handling it properly.
∎ Find out actual short items for purchasing, maintaining proper stock & informing the reporting authority.
∎ To maintain departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, and environment.
∎ Ensure high standards quality services in the Pharmacy.
∎ Stock count & give report monthly & yearly.
∎ Provides guidance and training to pharmacy staff and monitors their performance.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have knowledge of medicine for quick and accurate sales and Conduct Sales of medicine and cosmetic products.
∎ Must be certified under Bangladesh Pharmacy Council.
∎ At least have 1-year experience in the reputed Hospital/Pharmacy.
∎ Experience candidates in the hospital sector will be considered as an added advantage
∎ To be able on computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email, etc.) with good typing speed both in Bangla and English.
∎ Proven ability to work independently and work together with other colleagues.
∎ The candidate should be hardworking like young, energetic with an attitude to be self-driven, dynamic, result-oriented, honest, and responsible.
∎ Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Excellent communication in English & Bangla (Written & Verbal).
∎ Able to work under pressure as per the requirement of the Company.
∎ Must be ready to work shift duty and on-call duty.
∎ Ensure Customer Satisfaction, Well, behave with customers.
∎ Prepare Regular Sales and cash statements & update regular Stock Statement
∎ Keep pharmacy always neat and clean
