Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware and software.
∎ Provide technical support for employees and resolve IT-related issues.
∎ Set up computers, printers, LAN, Router, Cable and other IT devices to ensure all systems are running smoothly.
∎ Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions promptly.
∎ Continuously monitor network and server to detect and resolve any issues promptly.
∎ Oversee installation, configuration, and upgrading of IT systems and applications.
∎ Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
∎ Manage and maintain hardware, software, and networking equipment.
∎ Monitor ERP systems and ensure optimal performance.
∎ Process IT-related requisitions, including identifying requirements, sourcing, and coordinating with procurement department to ensure timely delivery of IT related equipment.
∎ Ensure proper documentation of all IT systems and procedures.
∎ CCTV installation and monitoring.
∎ Carry out the responsibilities as assigned by the management in time to time.
