2–4 years of hands-on experience in a similar IE role within the RMG industry.
Strong understanding of low-SMV production systems and line management.
Proficiency in IE tools and data-driven performance analysis.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple production lines efficiently.
To know the Cutting, Sewing, Finishing Operation.Solid team collaboration and communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Design efficient layouts and execute line balancing for low-SMV garment production.
Eliminate production inefficiencies and enhance line productivity.
Lead quick changeover (QCO) planning for short-run production orders.
Monitor and analyze low-efficiency lines and workers, implementing corrective actions and coaching where needed.
Track and evaluate operator performance through system data, creating individualized improvement plans.
Collaborate with production and technical teams to improve worker skills and achieve target KPIs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.
Ensure smooth and controlled production flow, minimizing delays and bottlenecks.
