Experience as Training Instructor.
Hands on experience in motorcycle repair work.
Motorcycle riding skill with valid licenses.
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.
Willing to stay nearby the Factory located at Gazaria, Munshiganj.
Responsibilities & Context:
To lead as a training instructor and provide training to dealers` technicians and staff.
Prepare training modules and presentation in accordance with Honda standards
Provide technical support to customers by properly diagnosing and repairing issues related to problematic bikes, ensuring timely and effectively resolved.
Identify the actual root causes of customer bike problems through analysis and troubleshooting, take appropriate repair actions and ensure optimal performance.
Prepare report for all the activities used by the Microsoft Office application.
To provide Service support by actively participating in service camps and events
Should be able to travel for business
