As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional who can take ownership of HR operations and drive employee-centric initiatives aligned with our business goals. This role demands hands-on involvement in day-to-day HR functions, policy implementation, and continuous improvement of workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Will need sound knowledge of EPZ Labor Law, Rules, and Wage Structures to ensure full regulatory compliance.
Lead HR operations including employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and welfare initiatives to drive overall business success.
Counsel workers on issues such as lateness, absenteeism, grievance, use of PPE, and disciplinary concerns; coordinate with relevant departments to initiate necessary actions.
Oversee grievance handling, absenteeism, and leave management while fostering a safe, healthy, and harmonious work environment.
Maintain and update registers for Maternity Leave (MLV), grievance cases, absentee and lateness counseling, and welfare-related records.
Communicate and educate employees on company policies, welfare services, and workplace behavior through regular updates and awareness sessions.
Organize health camps, wellness programs, and training on safety and well-being in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Manage the implementation and progress tracking of Personal Development Plans (PDP) for employees at all levels, aligning growth with business needs.
Collaborate with department heads to align HR and welfare strategies with organizational goals.
Ensure timely documentation and reporting of welfare activities, employee concerns, and incidents.
Handle disciplinary issues professionally, ensuring adherence to company policy and zero tolerance for misconduct or harassment.
Generate HR analytics and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
