• Direct experience in warehouse/store.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Physical fitness to handle warehouse activities.

• Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management software.

• Conduct regular physical inventory counts to reconcile system records.

• Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages or overstocks.

• Oversee the receiving process, including verifying quantities, quality, and documentation.

• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.

• Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth material flow.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality and damage.

• Work closely with the quality control team to ensure product compliance.

• Generate daily, weekly, monthly report to management.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
